Activities may include equities, dividends, options strategies, and other lawful instruments— always subject to market risk and operational constraints.

All operating and investment decisions are made by the Manager. Private Investors do not have management authority or voting rights.

Economic Structure (40/60)

Net profits (after legitimate operating expenses) are allocated:

  • 40% to the Manager (operations, execution, administration, LLC costs)
  • 60% to Private Investors, allocated pro-rata by contributed capital

Private Investors participate economically only and do not receive ownership, control, or voting rights.

Withdrawals & Liquidity

Withdrawal requests require 30 days prior written notice and are subject to market liquidity, open positions, settlement timing, and operational constraints.

Distributions may be made monthly or quarterly at the Manager’s discretion, based on available cash.
